The aluminum bedding block undergoes precision CNC machining to achieve a precise alignment with the dimensions of the Howa 1500 barreled action. This block is then positioned within a mold, where both mold sides are manually strengthened using Kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon fiber for added durability. Following this, the mold is injected with a specialized blend of dense polyurethane foam. Lastly, the stock undergoes meticulous hand-finishing to guarantee its flawless condition and suitability for your unique requirements.
