The aluminum bedding block undergoes precision CNC machining to ensure a perfect fit with the dimensions of the Howa 1500 barreled action. This block is then carefully inserted into a mold, where both mold sides are manually reinforced using Kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon fiber to enhance its durability. Following this, the mold is filled with a distinct blend of dense polyurethane foam. Finally, the stock receives meticulous hand-finishing to ensure its impeccable condition and suitability for your specific needs.
