Handmade one at a time in the united States, each unit is individually assembled with the utmost care. The aluminum bedding block undergoes precision CNC machining to align perfectly with the dimensions of the Howa 1500 barreled action. This block is then placed within a mold, where both mold sides are manually reinforced with Kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon fiber for enhanced durability. Following this, the mold is filled with a unique blend of dense polyurethane foam. Lastly, the stock undergoes meticulous hand-finishing to guarantee its flawless condition and suitability for your specific requirements.
