Crafted one at a time in the united States, each unit is meticulously assembled with great care. The aluminum bedding block undergoes precision CNC machining to ensure a perfect alignment with the dimensions of the Howa 1500 barreled action. This block is then carefully placed within a mold, where both mold sides are manually reinforced using Kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon fiber to enhance its durability. Subsequently, the mold is filled with a unique blend of dense polyurethane foam. Finally, the stock receives meticulous hand-finishing to ensure its flawless condition and suitability for your specific needs.
