The 9mm Silent captured spring is a simple drop-in upgrade designed to minimize recoil while cutting down on cycling noise and vibration in your 9mm carbine. The result is a smoother, more enjoyable shooting experience. When paired with our 9mm bolt assembly, it creates the most reliable 9mm operating system available. The short stroke Version offers the same dependable performance as our other 9mm SCS models but with a shorter stroke. Perfect for competitors, this model delivers quicker cycling and even less felt recoil. However, be aware that the shorter stroke won't engage the bolt catch unless paired with the latest version of our 9mm bolt assembly. But as competitive shooters know, running dry at a match isn't ideal anyway. The superior cycling makes it worth the trade-off. This package includes the spring and an instruction sheet.
