The tanto blade is an ideal shape for any task that requires piercing because of how much metal is supporting the point. The shape of the tanto blade makes this style of blade stronger than many other blade shapes. The top of the Brawler’s blade has a grind, called a swedge, it helps narrow the blade. This swedge adds to the blades piercing power. Also, the Brawler’s straight belly offers excellent cutting capacity, making it perfect for bearing down on a task and is easy to resharpen.

The Brawler’s blade is not the only utility on this folding knife, the handle is supremely functional. The angled handle curves fit into your palm perfectly and the Jimping on the back of the blade offers additional traction. While the blade is deployed, the flipper doubles as a finger guard and provides additional control and hand protection during knife use.

The Brawler is also equipped with SpeedSafe assistance for fast and easy one-handed opening. By simply pulling back on the flipper, the SpeedSafe assisted opening system takes over, moving the blade out of the handle, making the Brawler ready for use.
