Its large-diameter aperture provides an expansive field of view without obstructing the target, offering a sight picture comparable to that of a scope. It is compatible with both factory rear sights and variable-diopter target sights. The non-hooded AR-15 sight measures 0.082 inches in thickness. The hooded variant includes a 1/4 inches hood that shields the crosshair from reflected light, providing enhanced protection for demanding applications. Standard, thin wire crosshair.
