The All Rounder Carbine Grit Cutter Bolt Carrier Group (ARC BCG) is a precision engineered component that stands out with its individually proof tested and mag particle inspected bolt. The inner diameter of the bolt carrier is machined to tighter tolerances than competitor offerings, ensuring optimal performance. The carrier is gas nitrided before receiving a DLC (diamond like carbon) finish, significantly enhancing its durability. This process creates a Just Right gas seal inside the carrier, improving gas efficiency and extending service life. While most M16 BCG manufacturers do not compensate for the lack of chrome plating in a TDP bolt carrier, our tight tolerance machining makes up for that gap. The Grit Cutter BCG is designed with machined debris channels, extended carrier stability rails and belly relief cuts to facilitate smooth magazine insertion even when loaded. The bolt itself is crafted from Crucible Carpenter 158 deg F steel, shot peened for increased durability and individually proof tested for long term reliability. The chrome lined gas key is sealed against the carrier using Permatex gasket sealant and secured with OCKS fasteners at 53 in/lb to ensure a tight, leak free fit. Our extractors are billet machined from 4140 steel, manganese phosphate coated for enhanced grip on the casing rim and feature genuine Sprinco 5 coil extractor springs with a rubber insert for added reliability and longevity.
