The Lee Lock Ring has been redesigned to offer a superior experience, making traditional lock rings obsolete. With the innovative split clamp spline drive, this new design ensures a more secure and efficient grip on your dies. Crafted from custom extruded, high-strength aluminum with a splined exterior surface, the ring features a cross bolt that, even when lightly tightened, applies a vice-like grip to your dies. This eliminates the need for tiny set screws that often strip or damage die threads, ensuring a more reliable fit. In addition, the famous Lee "O" ring is incorporated, which prevents loosening during operation. No matter how tightly you clamp the lock ring to your die, the "O" ring provides the necessary friction to keep it securely in place while still allowing easy removal with just finger pressure. To further enhance usability, a slim profile lock ring wrench is included, making it easy-to install or adjust dies, especially on a turret or tool head. With this thoughtful design, installing and adjusting your dies becomes simpler, quicker and more reliable.
