Features
Lucas Oil gun metal polish and tumbler media additive is utilized and endorsed by leading firearms manufacturers. It effectively cleans and polishes factory firearm finishes, including blue, nickel, stainless steel, aluminum and brass. The formula, free from acids and ammonia, safely eliminates stains and rust from metals without requiring vigorous scrubbing, while also safeguarding treated surfaces against oxidation and tarnishing. It is particularly effective as a tumbler media additive, efficiently removing oxidation, powder residue, fingerprints and other contaminants, resulting in bright and shiny brass and nickel cases. When used with walnut shell or corn cob tumbling media, it can reduce cleaning time by up to 50% compared to using plain media alone. Importantly, Lucas Gun Metal Polish & Tumbler Media Additive does not contain acids or ammonia, ensuring it does not damage primers or brass and is odorless. It is not suitable for use on cold bluing.
