Features
The Lyman Deluxe carbide expander and decapping rod assembly is equipped with a highly durable and smooth carbide expander button, featuring an adjustable positioning sleeve. The carbide button facilitates easier extraction through case necks, thereby reducing case stretching and minimizing the need for case trimming, ultimately extending the lifespan of the cases. The button is designed to float freely on the rod, enabling self-centering within the case neck. It can be adjusted to two positions on the rod, allowing for customization based on various case calibers. This adjustability also permits the user to modify the timing of the button's passage through the case neck, optimizing the press linkage for enhanced leverage. An adapter for compatibility with RCBS dies is included.
- Ultra-durable and low friction carbide expander button engineered for optimal performance and longevity
- Compatible with all Lyman rifle sizing dies
- The height of the carbide button is adjustable
- The carbide freely floats on the rod to enable self-centering within case necks
- Interchangeable decapping pin assembly for precision removal applications
