Chambered in .45 ACP, these pistols incorporate a traditional feed ramp machined into the frame, while the 9mm variants feature a ramped barrel with a fully supported chamber. The 1911G model retains a traditional barrel bushing, whereas the 1911C and U models utilize a bushing-less slide and bull barrel, allowing for a longer recoil spring to enhance reliability.
