MDT chassis systems were originally crafted for sports and tactical shooting applications. However, we've observed a significant uptake in their use for hunting, especially with our lighter LSS chassis system. Despite this adaptability, we hadn't developed a chassis system exclusively tailored for hunting, until now. Introducing the MDT HNT26 chassis system, our inaugural purpose-built hunting rifle chassis. The HNT26 chassis delivers all the expected benefits of a high-performance chassis system, V-block bedding, adjustable length of pull (LOP), comb adjustment and compatibility with AICS magazines. What distinguishes it is its remarkable lightweight starting at just 26 oz for the standard fixed version. Crafted from a magnesium alloy rifle stock/base, it features a carbon fiber forend, pistol grip and a foam-filled carbon fiber buttstock, ensuring robustness and reliability in hunting conditions. Acknowledging the growing preference for ARCA tripods among hunters, we offer a carbon fiber forend option with an integrated ARCA rail. Additionally, there's a foldable buttstock version available for enhanced portability and compact storage. Your invaluable feedback has shaped this product.
