MDT chassis systems were originally developed for sports and tactical shooting applications. Over time, however, we noticed that our rifle chassis, particularly our lighter LSS chassis system, were frequently being utilized in hunting scenarios. Despite this adaptability, we had yet to create a chassis system specifically designed for hunting, until now. Introducing the MDT HNT26 chassis system, our very first purpose-built hunting rifle chassis. The HNT26 chassis offers all the standard benefits expected from a high-quality chassis system, V-block bedding, adjustable length of pull (LOP), comb adjustment and compatibility with AICS magazines. What sets it apart is its exceptional lightweight design, starting at just 26 oz for the standard fixed version. Crafted from a magnesium alloy rifle stock/base, it features a carbon fiber forend, pistol grip and a foam-filled carbon fiber buttstock, ensuring durability and reliability in hunting conditions. Recognizing the growing preference among hunters for ARCA tripods, we've incorporated options such as a carbon fiber forend with an integrated ARCA rail. Additionally, there's a foldable buttstock version available for enhanced portability and convenient storage. Your feedback has been instrumental in shaping this product.
