Originally designed for sports and tactical shooting, MDT chassis systems have gained popularity in hunting, especially our lighter models like the LSS chassis system. Despite this, we had never developed a chassis system specifically for hunting, until now. Introducing the MDT HNT26 chassis system, our first purpose-built hunting rifle chassis. The HNT26 delivers all the essential benefits you expect from a chassis system, V-block bedding, adjustable LOP and comb, AICS magazine compatibility and more, all while starting at an incredibly light 26 oz (for the standard fixed version). Crafted from a magnesium alloy rifle stock/base, with a carbon fiber forend, pistol grip and a foam-filled carbon fiber buttstock, the HNT26 ensures durability without added weight. In response to the growing use of ARCA tripods among hunters, we offer a carbon fiber forend option with an integrated ARCA rail. For added convenience, there's also a foldable buttstock version designed for compact storage.
