Our selection of bolt action barrels covers a wide range of calibers, lengths, profiles and rifling twist rates. Your selected gunsmith will receive your bolt action barrel fully prepared for threading and chambering. It's crucial to understand that, even though proof Research's barrel blanks can be tailored to different chambers, we cannot provide assurances regarding performance metrics like accuracy, muzzle velocity and bullet stability. This caveat is especially pertinent when dealing with wildcat cartridges that lack standardized chambers, designs or pressure specifications. While our barrels are engineered for safe use with most established cartridges and within SAAMI and CIP pressure thresholds, caution is advised for unique rifle builds.
