Richard N on Sep 27, 2018
Can you please make this exact setup in 300 blackout? I'll buy 2!!
Dennis M on Sep 20, 2018
Do I need a special license to buy this gun?
Derric P on Dec 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This item is registered as a pistol, not a rifle, therefore it is not an NFA item. The buying process would be the same as it would be for buying any handgun such as a Glock, 1911, etc...
What is the total length? Is it 26" or more? That would legally allow a vertical handle which would be nice.
Brian B on Jan 19, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Right at 25inches with the brace removed. Measured from the end of the buffer tube to the crown of the barrel(the barrel- not the end of the flash hider since it isn't pinned)
How long can a pistol be and be legal? This question is for anyone to answer.
Peanut on Oct 8, 2018
BEST ANSWER: In Michigan the OAL is 26"
Will this gun accept .223 caliber rounds?
Ron W on Dec 28, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it’s chambered in 5.56 which means it can use both 5.56 and .223.
the specifications say 30 rd aluminum magazine but a PMag is shown in the pistol. Which is it?
doyle h on Oct 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Mine came with 1 standard aluminum GI magazine, not a pmag.
Can you shoulder this gun ?
DeVontay S on Jan 30, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Can you physically place the brace against your shoulder & shoot it, yes. Legally should you do that? You should ask your local gun shop to see what the rules are in your location.
Anyone know the weight of the various parts of this? Handguard, barrel, bolt etc. Mine weighs just shy of 7 pounds. Wanted to shave some weight but wanted to see where my biggest weight savings would come in.

I highly recommend. Cleaned, added Magpul angled AFG2, took to range and cycled 250 rounds no problems at all. Great carbine!

For the price, nothing comes close.
This little guy is a home run. I remember ordering it and impatiently waiting for it to arrive at my FFL. And when I got that delivery email I didn't realize how much of a treat I was in for.

First things first, I slapped a Sig Romeo 5 red dot on it, and some nice Tacticon BUIS, threw on some "tacti-cool" gear as some would call it (my mag-lite and finger stop) and zeroed/loc-tited everything in place.

I've already put ~700 rounds through it without a single hiccup. I sh*t you not. As Rob Ski would say with his AK tests, lol. 100 round of which was Federal brass. Then I ran 500 rounds of steel Wolf ammo. The PSA AR churned right through it all and demanded more. My friend also ran some of his mags through it which contained some old, green tips that the little booger zipped right through.

I forgot to mention I also installed a Strike Industries Venom flash hider which I highly recommend. It's not only sweet looking but literally eliminates any flash. I couldn't believe how effective it was with the 10.5 barrel.

The EPT is very nice, so light and crisp. The SBA3 is hands down the best pistol brace out there. The floating M-Lok handguard is totally killer and I love MOE grips. Have one on my AK47 as well and the thumb indentions are amazing.

Everyone that's shot it loves it. In fact, the only negative to this gun, is the fact it's always out of stock. I had to eye ball their page to snatch it up. Totally worth it.

All in all, for an AR pistol, you'd be hard pressed to find anything this nice especially for the price. She's super reliable, throws a nice middle finger to the ATF, and supports a local American company. What more could you possibly want?

300 flawless rounds fired!
I recently purchased the PSA 10.5" CARBINE-LENGTH 5.56 NATO 1/7 NITRIDE 9" LIGHTWEIGHT M-LOK MOE EPT SBA3 PISTOL after reading the BATF issued a letter stating the use of the SBA3 stabilizing brace for shoulder fire does not make it a short barreled rifle.

The reports I read said that a 10.5" barrel in 5.56mm was the shortest you could still use a "carbine system" on and still be reliable. While PSA makes economical weapons, they seem to have a good reputation for quality and excellent customer service (and Lifetime warranty!). The weapon is just over 26" long with the stock fully collapsed and shoulders very nicely when fully extended, although the length of pull is about one inch shorter than my Colt M4A1 when fully extended.

Fit of the weapon is excellent, while the finish was less impressive. The charging handle and free-float handguard both had dings where the finish is missing. Not rub marks and beaten up like some Colt and LMT carbines are when shipped, but definitely something I would expect to be caught by quality control. Still, given the price, I'm fine with the finish and as I stated, the fit is excellent.

On the first trip to the range, I fired 300 rounds of PMC M193 mil-spec ammo. I used both Center Industries USGI and Magpul M2 PMAGS magazines without any issued. The Sig Sauer Romeo5 micro dot zeroed easily as well and was bright enough to still be seen, even in direct sunlight.

Overall, I am very impressed with the AR-15 pistol. We'll see how it holds up with increased range time, but it's off to a solid start. Still not sure if I would take a high-round count class or not. But even one of my "high-end" carbines had trouble in a Viking Tactics class (ammunition related though).

Be Safe!

PSA 10.5 pistol
I’ve been reading and going to gun shop/shows for a while now looking to get a 5.56 pistol. I’m very happy with this weapon. For the money there is absolutely nothing close to PSA. I also like the fact that it all done in house at PSA. American made!

PSA 10.5" pistol is outstanding
I've only sot 60 rounds through it for sighting it in at 25yds and the gun went BANG each time. Works well so far. Looking forward to dialing it in & doing some serious work on the range.
