Palmetto State Armory is proud to introduce a lighter weight version of the PA-10!  The PX-10 is designed to bridge the gap between the larger build of an AR-10 and the slimline feel of an AR-15.  The new PX-10 18" Mid-Length .308 Winchester Stainless Keymod Lightweight MOE CTR EPT Rifle is the perfect solution to give you the power of the .308 cartridge without the heavy & bulky feel of a traditional AR-10 platform.

Barrel: Machined from 416R stainless steel, chambered in .308 WIN with a 1:10 twist rate and a midlength gas system. Upper is paired with a PSA 16.5" Lightweight Keymod Free Float rail that is unique to this platform, a .750 gas block, and an A2-style muzzle device.

Upper:  Precision machined from forged 7075-T6 aluminum, then black anodize hardcoated to MIL-8625 Type 3 class 2.

Bolt Carrier Group:  9310 steel bolt assembly, nitride treated for durability.  8620 carrier, nitride treated, with a nitride treated gas key properly staked with grade 8 fasteners.  The X-10 bolt carrier group profile is smaller in diameter than the PA-10 BCG helping reduce weight of the rifle to increase mobility.  Charging handle included.

Lower: Precision machined from forged 7075-T6 aluminum, these lowers are then Black anodize hardcoated to MIL-8625 Type 3 class 2.   With an AR-15 style EPT fire control group, a Magpul CTR Stock, and a Magpul AR-15 Grip.  The ability to use AR-15 parts in this .308 AR rifle increases your ability to customize the lower to fit your needs with the more widely available AR-15 products.

BEST ANSWER: Because the BCG and barrel extension are unique to this rifle, at this time you'd have to send your barrel off to someone specializing in ARs. They could reuse the barrel extension on a new blank and have to drill the gas port as well as thread the muzzle. I would send the bolt as well so they could headspace it.

Great AR-10
Had this for about 6 trouble free months. Have to buy it when you see it, they don't appear to last long. Used several different brands of 308 with no issue, even used some Tula steel case with no issues. Great shooting rifle, can't take it to the range without someone wanting it look it over.

Great value. Would buy again.
Excellent value. The upper and lower fitment is perfect (unlike my wobbly PA10). It functioned perfectly on the first outing. It is noticeably lighter than my Pa10 as well. Only ran 30 rounds of surplus 7.62x51. No issues at all. Quality control on the rifle assembly is always suspect. Always check over every PSA purchase. This one had a loose grip. The milling and anodizing are pretty good. The roll mark is really light on one side and deep on the other. Also where the upper and lower meet there is a distinct misalignment of the thickened area (that houses the mag release hardware). Doesn’t effect function, just the difference in a PSA rifle and a higher end brand. Overall very satisfied for the price. Will update if there are any issues that arise.

Great AR-10 for the money. Needs a little tweaking, nice gun now. Great for wild boars.
Gun shoots that’s a plus. The trigger was very heavy. Polished the trigger, replaced the springs. Shoots pretty well. Have shot around 200 rounds so far no misfires. For the price of the gun you can’t build one cheaper.
