Palmetto State Armory has taken the next step in the evolution of it’s line of AK firearms with the PSAK-47 GF3-R Series. The GF3-R is built off a Romanian Parts kit with Palmetto State Armory receiver and barrel.
The GF3-R series will feature a Romanian parts kit that will have guaranteed numbers matching 1. Bolt, 2. Carrier, 3. Trunnion, and 4. Dust cover. Please note that some kits supplied and used for building have serial numbers on parts other than the 4 parts (Bolt, Carrier, Trunnion and Dust Cover) we guarantee to match. We can only guarantee that the serial numbers will match on the 4 parts listed (Bolt, Carrier, Trunnion and Dust Cover). Before purchasing, please make sure you are aware of this and by purchasing this you agree with only having a guarantee that those 4 parts serial number match.
*Due to various Romanian Parts kit years, muzzle devices and furniture may vary.
**Due to the surplus nature of these part kits, you may see some wear on the wood furniture and parts.
*** The PSA AK-47 models with Dong Lower Handguard come shipped with a 20 round AK magazine. Magpul 30 round AK magazines will not work with these models.
The following 30 Round AK-47 Magazines have been tested to function with the Dong Lower Handguard:

- Bulgarian Polymer 30 Round Magazines
- Tapco 30 Round Magazines
- Combloc Mil-Spec Stamped 30 Round Magazines
Rifles must be shipped to a valid, current Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Please have the shipping address of your preferred FFL before placing your order. You will need the FFL information to complete the order. It is the purchaser's responsibility to be aware of the laws in their state regarding high capacity sporting rifles.

We want the person who bought a great quality firearm at an excellent price to have comfort in knowing that, if an issue arises due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will make it right, consistent with this warranty.
We strive for excellence all the way through production and hope customers never have to use this warranty. We also pride ourselves in a 99% non-repair/non-return ratio, but this warranty is here for peace of mind so that the customer can be confident in their purchase.
For the Life of Our Product
Firearms and parts manufactured by Palmetto State Armory are backed by our Full Lifetime Warranty. Our PSA manufactured firearms and parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm or part. The liability of Palmetto State Armory under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair the defect, replace the firearm or part, or provide a refund, and to pay transportation and insurance charges for any return of the firearm to the owner for a rightful warranty claim. This warranty is transferable for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm or part.
What We Don't Cover
This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or any damage resulting from careless or criminal handling, abuse, neglect, corrosion, unauthorized or improper modifications, including modifications using non-PSA or otherwise incompatible parts, unauthorized or improper repairs or adjustments, use of improper, substandard, reloaded, or defective ammunition, or other unauthorized or unreasonable use of the firearm or firearm part. Palmetto State Armory disclaims all responsibility and liability for any damage caused as a result of third-party accessory use.
This warranty is offered solely to individual consumer (civilian) customers. It does not apply to government or non-civilian customers. This warranty is valid only for residents of the United States (excluding territories) and applies only to firearms and parts purchased, located, and used within the United States. We do not accept returns for, and will not repair or replace, any firearms or parts purchased, located, or used outside the United States.
Palmetto State Armory, in its sole discretion, will determine if a particular issue or condition is covered by this warranty.
Initiating a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please use the Contact Form and select "Problem with a PSA Product" as your Contact Reason. Warranty claims must include a completed RMA form in the box with the returned firearm or part. All complete firearms need to be returned in full for repair. Replacement parts will not be issued or sent to the customer. The firearm or part concerned must be shipped using the prepaid label that our representative emails to you. Palmetto State Armory will pay shipping and insurance charges for the return of a firearm or part to its owner or FFL, if the related claim is a proper claim for warranty work. If Palmetto State Armory is unable to fix the original serial number, a new one will be sent out but must go to an FFL for transfer back to the customer. Another background check will be completed at the time of transfer. Palmetto State Armory is not responsible for transfer fees at the FFL.
The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and Palmetto State Armory's entire liability for any breach of this Full Lifetime Warranty. Palmetto State Armory shall not under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This Full Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
