The Pure Precision SKLTN Stainless Steel Actions enhance and build upon the original Summit action, offering superior accuracy, consistency and durability. Engineered to meet the demanding needs of long range hunters and shooters, the SKLTN model retains the core features of the Summit action while adding new design elements that make it both lightweight and feature packed. To minimize weight, the action incorporates lightening cuts in the body, recoil lug and a trimmed bolt shroud. A newly designed spiral fluting pattern on the bolt also helps reduce weight. Additionally, the firing pin assembly is field strippable without tools, allowing for easy cleaning of debris, ice or a punctured primer piece in the field. The action is crafted from 416 stainless steel and the bolt is made from 4140 steel with a DLC coating for enhanced durability. The tenon specifications are compatible with the Remington 700 pattern, ensuring versatility with a wide range of stocks and accessories.
