By building upon the solid foundation of the previous Summit TI action, the SKLTN model expands on key features, resulting in one of the lightest, most feature rich actions in the world. To reduce weight, lightening cuts have been strategically placed in the body, recoil lug and a trimmed bolt shroud. A newly introduced spiral fluting pattern in the bolt further aids in weight reduction, ensuring high-performance without the added bulk. The field strippable firing pin assembly allows for easy maintenance in the field, enabling users to clear debris, ice or a punctured primer piece without requiring any tools. The fire control system was carefully developed in collaboration with Alex Wheeler and Greg Tannell, ensuring top notch performance. Constructed with a titanium body and a 4140 steel bolt with DLC coating, the SKLTN TI offers unparalleled strength and corrosion resistance. The action also uses the standard Remington 700 tenon specifications, making it compatible with a wide range of stocks and chassis.
