Use only quality brass with uniform neck thickness to benefit. Select your bushing by measuring the loaded round's outside neck diameter and subtracting 0.002 - 0.003 inches or calculate by doubling the case neck wall, adding the bullet diameter, then subtracting 0.001 inches . RCBS recommends a range of bushings near your target size for optimal reloading flexibility.
