Designed to meet the demands of precision-minded reloaders, RCBS full-length die sets are manufactured from exclusive, proprietary die steel and cut to extremely tight tolerances before undergoing a high-grade polishing and finishing process that sets them apart as best-in-class dies. Each die set includes two key components - a full-length sizer die equipped with an expander-decapping unit and a Seater Die complete with a bullet seater plug. The full-length sizer die restores bottleneck rifle cases to SAAMI minimum dimensions, sizing the entire case while removing spent primers and expanding the neck to perfectly accept a new bullet. Built-in vent holes mitigate the risk of case deformation due to air or lube entrapment. Precision-controlled headspace tolerances help maintain case consistency and longevity. The Seater Die features an integrated roll crimper that performs bullet seating and crimping in a single operation, streamlining the reloading process while delivering reliable, repeatable results.
