For reloaders demanding optimal case consistency and seating precision, RCBS full-length die sets deliver with expertly machined proprietary die steel, shaped to exacting tolerances and finished to a high polish for smooth, reliable performance. These die sets are purpose-built for reloading bottleneck cartridges and include two essential components: a full-length sizer die with an expander-decapping unit and a Seater Die equipped with a bullet seater plug. The full-length sizer die restores fired cases to their proper SAAMI specifications by resizing the entire case, expanding the neck to accept a new bullet and decapping the spent primer. To protect the case, it features venting to reduce pressure build-up from trapped air or excess lube. RCBS also maintains ultra-tight headspace tolerances to prevent over-sizing or altering case body length. The Seater Die provides uniform seating depth while its integrated roll crimper simultaneously locks the bullet into place, ensuring consistent results in every round.
