Built to deliver uncompromising accuracy and case consistency, RCBS full-length die sets are precision-machined from a proprietary die steel exclusive to RCBS, then finely polished to produce some of the most reliable dies available to handloaders. Each set includes a full-length sizer die, outfitted with an expander-decapping unit and a Bullet Seating Die that comes complete with a bullet seater plug. The full-length sizer die is designed for bottleneck rifle cases and brings the brass to exact SAAMI minimum dimensions, simultaneously resizing the body and neck, ejecting spent primers and flaring the neck for bullet insertion. Integrated vent holes prevent case damage caused by pressure build-up or lubricant hydraulic lock. The die also features minimum-tolerance headspacing to protect brass integrity and minimize case body stretch. The Seater Die seats projectiles to precise depths and features a built-in roll crimp, allowing reloaders to securely crimp and seat bullets in one efficient pass.
