A staple for serious reloaders, RCBS full-length die sets are constructed from premium-grade proprietary die steel and are held to the tightest tolerances through a multi-step machining and finishing process that guarantees repeatable, accurate resizing and seating. Each Full-Length set is purpose-built for bottleneck cartridge cases and includes a Full-Length sizing die, complete with an expander-decapping unit and a Bullet Seater Die with an accurately machined bullet seater plug. The sizing die reforms the case to SAAMI minimum specs-resizing the outer body, expanding the neck for bullet seating and removing the spent primer all in one stroke. Vent ports in the die body help prevent issues stemming from excessive lubrication or trapped air. Carefully controlled headspace tolerances protect the case structure by preventing unwanted growth or thinning. The seater die includes an integrated roll crimper that secures the bullet during seating, saving time while ensuring high-performance consistency round after round.
