The cartridge case is fully supported and aligned with the sizing bushing before the sizing process begins, ensuring precise and accurate resizing. As the process starts, the case remains supported in the tightly chambered, sliding sleeve, while the resizing bushing self-centers on the case neck. The decapping rod is precisely aligned by using the internal parts of the die as a linear support, similar to the action of a firing pin, ensuring perfect alignment throughout the process. The micrometer adjustment of the bushing allows for precise control over the amount of neck length to be sized, giving reloaders complete customization to achieve the desired specifications. This die is specifically designed for Competition Shooters who have meticulously prepared their cartridge cases and prefer not to use a sizing button. However, carbide sizing button kits are available separately for those who wish to incorporate one into the resizing process. This die is a perfect choice for reloaders seeking the highest level of precision and control in their ammunition preparation.
