The 3BR is Redding's reliable workhorse, featuring a quick-change micrometer insert and a mounting bracket. It is compatible with most other bench stands. This measure dispenses powder charges ranging from 5 to 100 grain with the universal (rifle) insert and from 0.5 to 10 grain with the pistol insert. The 3BR can be ordered with either insert. Redding powder measures function optimally with the Sinclair powder measure stand, model 11-1200. Another match-grade powder measure from Redding is the BR-30 competition measure, which dispenses powder charges from 10 to 50 grain and includes a similar micrometer adjusting insert. We consider this the best factory powder measure available today. Note that 3BR inserts are not compatible with the BR-30. The Redding bench stand elevates your measure above the bench surface, providing easy access and visibility and is suitable for any measure with 7/8-14 threads.
