Features

Die sets for straight wall cases are typically made up of three dies, each fulfilling a critical role, as it is not possible to both full-length resize and expand the neck for proper bullet fit in a single operation. The full-length (FL) resizing die contains a decapping rod assembly to remove the spent primer. The expander die (EXP) includes a neck-expanding plug to ensure the case neck is properly sized for bullet insertion. The seating die (ST) is equipped with a bullet guide, a built-in crimp ring and the appropriate seating plug to ensure accurate bullet placement and a secure crimp. This three-die process ensures consistent and reliable results for straight wall cases.
