The universal tool is suitable for all calibers ranging from .22 Cal to .338 Cal, using standard (0.08 inches) flash holes. This tool regulates the cutting depth with an integrated stop that positions itself on the internal web of the case. A notable feature of this tool is the cross-drilled hole for chip relief. It employs standard pilot stops for 3/16 inches mandrels.
