Ruger's latest addition to their Modern Sporting Rifles lineup is the groundbreaking Small Frame Autoloading Rifle (SFAR). The Ruger SFAR rifle closely mirrors the dimensions of the traditional 5.56 caliber MSR, but it's specially designed for .308 Win. / 7.62 NATO cartridges. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, the bolt and barrel extensions are precision CNC-machined from high-strength super alloy steel, surpassing the performance of conventional C158 bolts. The tapered lug geometry further enhances the breech's durability, allowing it to accommodate larger short-action cartridges.

The bolt carrier assembly showcases a chrome-lined 8620 steel bolt carrier, with a gas key that undergoes a nitride process and is securely staked in place. The titanium firing pin is coated with DLC for an extended service life. Moreover, the bolt incorporates dual ejectors and an optimized extractor, ensuring reliable extraction and ejection of spent casings through the enlarged ejection port. To minimize recoil and redirect gas effectively, Ruger's 2-port Boomer muzzle brake features substantial perpendicular surfaces. The barrel maintains compatibility with other accessories such as brakes, flash hiders, and suppressors, thanks to its 5/8"-24 muzzle threads.

Crimson Trace RIG Light:
The RIG combines the ergonomic advantage of an angled foregrip with a 500-peak-lumen weapon light into one sleek, effective device. It is completely ambidextrous and can be mounted to M-LOK or Picatinny rails. The RIG comes with two rechargeable batteries that each last for 1 hour at peak lumen output, and output can be adjusted with left- and right-side buttons. The RIG also includes an optional remote switch. Especially ideal for the popular AR pistol platform, the RIG also provides a tactical advantage to rifles, carbines, and even AK-style firearms
