The Samson Field Survivor is a multi-tool system that has a patent-pending mechanism which secures inside the pistol grip. The Field Survivor tool is the one tool necessary for every AR to keep you safe in combat or in play on the range. Simply insert the Survivor into your grip and twist the base to lock it in place. The Field Survivor 2 fits the AR Magpul Miad(R) and MOE(R) pistol grip (not the MOE+). May experience fitment issues with Magpul grips.
