The Savage Arms Impulse Ultralite Pro is a precision-built, lightweight rifle engineered to deliver exceptional long-range performance in a backcountry-ready platform. Chambered in .300 PRC, it provides outstanding ballistic efficiency, flat trajectory, and superior energy retention for demanding hunting scenarios. At the core of the rifle is Savage’s innovative straight-pull Impulse action, allowing for rapid cycling and quick follow-up shots while maintaining the strength and reliability of a traditional bolt-action system. The 24” Sendero Lite carbon fiber-wrapped stainless steel barrel offers excellent rigidity and heat dissipation while minimizing weight, and features a 1:9 twist rate optimized for stabilizing modern, high-BC .30 caliber projectiles. Finished in matte carbon fiber, the barrel is equipped with an Omniport muzzle brake to help manage recoil and is threaded 5/8x24 for compatibility with suppressors or alternate muzzle devices.

The rifle is built on a durable aluminum receiver finished in Blackout Cerakote, complete with an integrated Picatinny rail for secure and efficient optic mounting. It is paired with the AccuFit V2 synthetic stock in Western camo, featuring an adjustable cheek riser and a length of pull ranging from 12.75” to 13.75” for a customized and consistent shooting fit. Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger delivers a crisp, clean break to enhance accuracy and control, while the tang safety ensures intuitive operation in the field. Feeding from a 5-round AICS-pattern detachable magazine, the rifle maintains reliability and compatibility with widely used systems. With an overall length of 46.63” and a weight of 8.12 lbs, the Impulse Ultralite Pro offers an excellent balance of portability, durability, and serious long-range capability.
