The Savage Arms Impulse Ultralite Pro is a lightweight, highly versatile hunting rifle designed to deliver dependable precision and performance in a compact, backcountry-ready platform. Chambered in .308 Winchester, it offers proven versatility with balanced recoil, strong terminal performance, and broad ammunition availability. Built around Savage’s innovative straight-pull Impulse action, the rifle enables rapid cycling and fast follow-up shots while maintaining the strength and reliability associated with a traditional bolt-action system. The 20” Sendero Lite carbon fiber-wrapped stainless steel barrel provides excellent rigidity and heat management while keeping overall weight to a minimum, and features a 1:10 twist rate suited for stabilizing a wide range of .30 caliber projectiles. Finished in matte carbon fiber, the barrel is equipped with an Omniport muzzle brake to reduce recoil and is threaded 5/8x24 for compatibility with suppressors or alternate muzzle devices.

The rifle is built on a durable aluminum receiver finished in Blackout Cerakote, complete with an integrated Picatinny rail for secure and straightforward optic mounting. It is paired with the AccuFit V2 synthetic stock in Western camo, featuring an adjustable cheek riser and a length of pull ranging from 12.75” to 13.75” for a tailored and consistent shooting fit. Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger provides a crisp, clean break to enhance accuracy and control, while the tang safety allows for intuitive handling. Feeding from a 3-round AICS-pattern detachable magazine, the rifle maintains reliable performance and compatibility with widely used systems.
