Features
The 77 grain #9377 MatchKing bullet is specifically engineered for Service Rifle competitions using the M16A2/AR-15A2 platforms. These .22 Cal bullets have achieved numerous national records. The design of the #9377 MatchKing allows for seating to an overall length (OAL) that facilitates loading into M16/AR-15 magazines. While globally recognized for their record-setting precision, MatchKing and tipped MatchKing bullets are not generally recommended for hunting purposes. Although they are often employed in varmint hunting, their design does not ensure the same level of explosive expansion at comparable velocities as their lightly jacketed counterparts, such as the hornet, blitz or varminter bullets. The #9377 bullet is available in a cannelured version, offered in box sizes of 500 (#9377G) or 50 (#9377GT). This bullet requires a barrel twist rate of 1 - 8 or faster for optimal performance.
