Features
Born from the success of the 175 grain MatchKing (#2275) designed for .308 Win shooters to stay supersonic past 1000 yd, the 175 grain Tipped MatchKing (#7775) carries that legacy forward with improved ballistic efficiency. Its acetal resin tip enhances the ballistic coefficient by reducing drag, while also aiding magazine-fed reliability. Ideal for precision applications like F-Class (F-Open), 3-Gun and various competitive shooting disciplines, the #7775 maintains Sierra's global reputation for accuracy. Although sometimes used for varmint hunting, this bullet is not recommended for most hunting due to limited terminal expansion compared to dedicated varmint projectiles. The #7775 was introduced in January 2015 to meet the growing demand for a tipped version of this long-range workhorse.
- Sierra MatchKing bullets are trusted by both recreational and pro-level shooters
- Known for excellent accuracy and reliability, this ammunition consistently delivers top-tier results
