Each unit undergoes rigorous testing in full-auto post-inspection, ensuring every customer receives a reliable BCG they can depend on for a lifetime. We meticulously HP/MPI inspect each bolt individually, enhance the extractor spring with a Sprinco 5-coil spring and securely stake the gas key with Grade 8 fasteners. Beyond our standard BCGs, we offer a Chrome option and special edition BCGs assembled with OCKS fasteners instead of Grade 8. These optimized screws provide even deeper staking on the gas key, further reducing the risk of loosening.
