Unlike standard covers that often require removing the handguard and using tools to secure the retaining rod, the UDC simplifies this process, enhancing convenience during maintenance. Constructed from high-density polymer, the UDC is exceptionally durable and functional, surpassing stock dust covers in performance. It features an adjustable detent set screw. This innovative feature compensates for wear on the receiver, ensuring the dust cover maintains a secure closure over time. Users can adjust the detent using a small flathead driver to control how much the ball detent extends outside its pocket.
