Timney Triggers Remington 700 Trigger with Safety is a ready to install, 100% drop-in trigger with Timney-Designed trigger blocking safety. The Remington 700 Trigger comes factory calibrated ready to shoot but it can also be fully adjustable for creep and overtravel. No gunsmith is needed in the installation of this Timney Trigger.
All components are held in the lightweight, aluminum alloy housing. The hammer is wire-EDM machined from S7 tool steel that combines hardness to resist wear with superior impact resistance to withstand heavy use without chipping or breaking. Other components are EDM cut from A2 tool steel, then heat treated to Rc 56-60 for long service life. Precision-ground engagement surfaces ensure superb reliability and a crisp, clean hammer release.
