This powder offers significant advantages to competitive shooters and hunters due to its insensitivity to extreme weather conditions. As the most temperature-stable reloading powder in its class, N555 delivers exceptional performance in the 6.5 Creedmoor. Consistent with all our reloading powders, N555 incorporates an anti-fouling agent that reduces barrel fouling, thereby extending the duration of competitive shooting stages. The unparalleled lot-to-lot consistency of N555 also eliminates the need for costly range time spent re-developing preferred loads. The energy content of N555 is 3700 J/g, with a bulk density of 900 g/l. Its burn rate is positioned between N550 and N160.
