Is this fit my ar15..?
Don Jon A on Sep 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Not Yours... NO....... "Designed specifically for the AR platform, the 1x Spitfire combines an impressive array of high-performance features into a rugged, ultra-compact package." Straight from the 1st line of the ad. As long as your rifle has at least 2" of open rail it will fit.

What's the eye relief?
Eddie V on Sep 18, 2019
BEST ANSWER: 3.7"
has anyone used on AR pistol, I'm thinking if only 3.7" eye relief then this will not work?
Bryan H on Oct 6, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I use mine on a 10.5” 9mm PSA pistol. It works great. I mount it toward the rear of the top of the receiver. There is no room for buis, but since you can use this optic without batteries I saw no need for buis anyway.
Does this attach to a picatinny rail, hard to tell from picture? It will be put on a Marlin lever action.
Chris on Sep 27, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes it does attach to a picatinny rail.

Will this work on 300 blackout platform?
Shawndale T on Oct 26, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I don't see why not.
I always like the sharpness of the ar guys and keep them in shape. I want absolute co-witness with sights. Will that base come with this or will it be an add on?
Grayson on Oct 24, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I think the trouble you will have with co-witness is this isn't a red dot with unlimited eye relief. It is a scope with about 3.7" of eye relief and your front sight will likely be fuzzy. I haven't tried with this scope specifically, just my experience with other scopes. Red dots are a different animal as they are like looking through a window. Hope this helps.

Quality optic for a great price.
Clear glass and nice illumination. I love the etched reticle so in case of a battery failure it still functions.

Great prism scope!
Love this prism scope! Have on a AR-9 pistol which was easy to sight in. Like the fact that you can use without red dot being turned on! Dead batteries are no problem as it is still usable!

Best value optic
I purchased this prism on sale for $129. At that price, it's the best value optic on the market. Having said that, I'm a big Primary Arms ACSS reticle fan, but the Spitfire's dual ring reticle is superior for fast acquisition in CQB.

Great optic.
Really like this optic. I have astigmatism so most red dots are fuzzy balls. Etched reticle is very crisp and clear. Very well built piece of gear. I recommend it.

Perfect optic for my CX4
Put the sight, using the low mount option, on my CX4 9mm, works very well. I have astigmatism in my dominate eye, the sight lets me correct for it. The dot is fine enough to allow for accurate and tight groups out to 50 yards with my carbine. I haven't shot groups past that range, I can easily hit a 6 inch plate out to 100 yards.

If I can find another it will go on my Ruger PCC.

Everything I wanted in a dot sight
It was precise enough to show the rifle was worthy of a little more powered scope.
It was a very clear and fast sight but fell way to a 2x6 x scope. Not as fast but more precise from fifty yards out.
It was a very nice dot sight and would easily hold a paper plate from fifty to three hundred yards I just decided a little more magnification was what I wanted.for varmint work.

Solid mount; very adjustable brightness settings
This prism sight is superb. The center dot is easily visible for longer range shooting; but the rings are great for target acquisition at CQB range.
I also like the fact that the reticle is still there even if the battery dies, so that I didn't have to mount backup sights.
The whole set-up feels solid and the flip up lens covers are good quality.
Very satisfied!
