The magazine bodies are constructed from 0.025-inch thick, aircraft-grade certified 17-7 PH stainless steel, heat treated for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. Tight dimensional tolerances guarantee consistent drop-free fit and smooth round feeding when used with properly specified pistols and ammunition.

The ETM design incorporates a patented extended-skirt, anti-tilt all-metal follower to ensure positive slide lockback and reliable feeding in all .40 S&W 1911 pistols. Its removable 0.35-inch plastic base pad allows for easy maintenance and versatility with different base pad options.
