This barrel is engineered with input from military, law enforcement and civilian shooters to meet modern shooting demands. The barrel features a Carbine length gas system for optimal cycling, M4 feed ramps for reliable feeding and a 1:7 twist rate that is ideal for stabilizing heavier 5.56 ammunition. The 1/2 inches 28 thread pattern allows for compatibility with standard AR 15 muzzle devices, while the 11 deg match crown enhances accuracy. A bottom dimple is included for easy gas block installation and alignment. Each barrel is precision inspected for straightness and air gauged for uniformity, ensuring maximum accuracy. The land and groove tolerance is maintained to an impressive 0.0001 inches to ensure excellent concentricity, delivering the highest performance possible. CMC barrels are coated with H&M Blacknitride+ or Ferritic Nitrocarburizing, improving the surface properties of the barrel.
