I guess that would basically defeat the purpose of the Sabre line being a Dagger with all the upgrades built in. But honestly, there are a ton of available trigger upgrades for the G19. One of the reasons I bought the platform, all the tasty upgrades ![]()
exactly.
iāve never until i got my dagger cared much about modifying my handguns. so far i have yet to replace a trigger in any of them. except a 1911 that i was returning to stock look.
I had done a few upgrades on my Ruger security 9. It is a very good pistol but I wanted optics and didnāt want to send it out. Plus the Security 9 had an issue with a pin being in the way. Galloway seemed to have it down pretty good. But, didnāt want to go through the shipping so I was going to get a G19 G5 Mos but couldnāt find one in stock at the time. Then the Dagger started making waves, so now that is what I carry with all the upgrades I would want on the Glock.
The Wheaton Arms Elite Pro Carry trigger works fine in my full sized Dagger. Love the feel of it, a definite upgrade.
Has anyone used the Serpico Strykout trigger? And if so any thoughts on it? Iāve seen good reviews on them was just wondering if anyone has tried them out.
My stock iron sights on my Dagger have no dots they are just solid black. Is that normal? Or are they supposed to have some kind of dot?
Theyāve came with black (Not night sights) suppressor height for quite awhile now iirc.
As @Rufus said some did come with all black sights. A couple drops of finger nail polish is a cheap fix @chaisewarner29
to answer your question, its normal. some have 3 dot, some have 0 dot. just depends on the gun you purchased.
I did this with my all black sights, posted apic in the dagger photo thread I believe.
I need to start doing that. Always use the paint markers. We all know how that goes press the tip Wait nothing, press the tip Wait nothing, press the tip, oh no thereās a flood of paint everywhere.
Just donāt let the wife catch you using her good stuff ![]()
Donāt worry bro Iām a professional. She will never catch me. ![]()
famous last words. ![]()
I like how Nutnfancyās sights turn out when he does it. His method is white nail polish first, then a fluorescent orange or green/whatever color you want. Clear on top.
Hows the serpico holding up?
Welcome @MountainDewLVR
Good afternoon all. So I have a quick question and maybe it has been answered but here it goes. So I installed a different trigger on my full size dagger and went to the range. Issue is, it is functioning like a binary trigger. It is a cheaper trigger with a flat shoe. A KM Tactical trigger to be more specific. Has anyone else had or heard of this happening? And if so what is the fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Model # of the trigger?
