Run one on my other Dagger build with no issues at all.
I had the same issue with a P80 flat face trigger that I got from KM tactical. I never fired the weapon. You seriously should be doing function checks before taking it to the range after changing parts around. The binary is interesting. A full on runaway will really change your day.
Compare this area with your stock dagger trigger bar. Mine were definitely different. Not by very much but with a good eye you could see the radius does not match. At least they did not match on mine.
How could you tell it was doing the same thing wothout firing it? When I would function test at the house it dry fired and rest with no issues. Couldnāt tell it was going to do it until it did.
I just ran your basic run of the mill function check for a semi-auto pistol. With the gun cocked I would pull the trigger to to perform a dry fire. Hold the trigger all the way back and rack the slide. When I go to release the trigger it would fire a second time. That is how I knew I did not want to put live ammo in it and shoot it.
I will check. I just reinstalled the PSA trigger bar and just swapped the shoe. Will get back out to the range and test.
I did disassemble and reassemble. One time I got binary trigger action. The other time it would not even reset unless I physically grabbed the trigger and pulled it forward.
Thatās exactly what I was going to do. Use the stock bar with the p80 trigger shoe installed. But Iām a really darn good procrastinator. So I have not got around to it yet.
You could tell it was trying to fire or was it just the trigger resetting? I am at a lost cause my other dagger has the same trigger bar and flat face and runs with no issues. They both function the same when testing. They sound the same. I guess what am I missing?
That is odd. That is the one thing I did not get a chance to do, I would like to install it in a separate dagger and see if it happens again.
If you do let me know the results. I will try and get back out tonight and see if my fix works. I will keep you posted. Thanks again for all your help.
Always buy or make an armorers backplate when doing trigger mods to Glocks or clones. Can save you a lot of trouble.
Watch Johnny Glockās vids on youtube to learn a lot as well.
All right, I threw back in the PSA trigger bar that came with the dagger and just swapped the hinge shoe for a flat face shoe. Just took it out and ran 30 rounds through it with no issues must have been a bad trigger bar with that KM tactical.
So i bought the Gen3 Apex Tactical Advanced Trigger Kit. I literally just tried to install it 5 minutes ago and it dosnt fit⦠ive seen so many videos of people using their triggers but it literally wont fit in mine. The trigger is too big for the trigger guard and is scraping on the bottom. Anyone else have this problem?
