Dagger trigger upgrades

I have used the Overwatch Precision PolyDAT in 6 daggers. Worked great in all!

Welcome to the PSA Forum!

Wondering the same thing - I can tell you for sure that the apex shoe is hit and miss in the dagger, even if you’re running it on the dagger factory bar it won’t pull unless the slide is on.

Does anyone on here have a bit more experience with the Serpico PerformanceĀ® Bravo ALā„¢ Flat Face Aluminum Trigger Shoe?

No but glad you posted those, they sure look well made and for the price I might give it a shot for one of my glocks. I have a couple of the glock performance triggers and they are an upgrade but the shoe is still meh.

I may have just ordered one for one of my dagger builds, I’ll post when it comes in. As for Glock, I agree their performance triggers are nice but a tad over rated - have had great results with apex and Glock store shoes in my gen3 - going with tyrant for my gen 5’s.

I cannot stand it when some idiot asks some dumb sh!t, so here goes. I put a p80 trigger in a Dagger. I am currently having some ā€œaffectsā€:thinking:ā€effectsā€œ. You know what I mean lol. I am no smith, but I’m not a complete idiot. I need direction from my fellow Palmettoians.

no question is a dumb question… thus what is your Dagger doing? maybe someone here has seen it or had its issue before and can help out.

Im a bit squeamish to post, but let’s just say it’s not firing single rounds…

Ha! Ha! Ha! You accidently found ā€œburst modeā€. I did that once with a Glock 30 SF… Scary as hell when it happened.

I’d polished the trigger bar, the connector, and put in a 6lb spring. The work was too good (apparently) and it would do 2 and 3 shot bursts… Replaced the connector with a stock connector and it was back to good ole 1 shot one pull.

If i can count on a consistent 2-3 I’m very comfy there.:joy:

Seriously, do you have another Connector laying around? Fact - the roll pins in the Dagger are a PITA to remove vs. the pins in a stock Glock, but I’d swap out Connectors first if you have another. If not, always good to have another one laying around. Or you could put the Dagger one in, however, those are pretty well polished too.

For future reference…i always only do one thing at a time. Change the trigger, function test. Change the disconnecter, function check. I don’t polish until the very end.

That’s not as much fun

I’m fortunate, I love the PSA shoe and the guts stock (yeah, I know, weird)

Very solid advice.

Not weird at all. That’s the beauty of PSA products. They’re very customizable and as a company PSA really listens to consumers. It was just a little squishy for my fat man hands lol.

Got a bunch of the Serpico Lyte triggers. Kind of a aluminum Apex knock off, only way better price. Love them, Excellent value.
