BEST ANSWER: It is now, my friend!
Can I use a suppressor with the rail on this build?
Travis C on Aug 26, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The PSA flash can has an o.d. of 1.20”. Measuring my PSA 12” mlok slant rail and anything larger then 1.20” might make contact while firing due to barrel whip and close tolerances. Most 5.56 rated suppressors are around 1.5” o.d. So in general I would say no a suppressor cannot be with this combination of a 10.5” barrel, and this particular 12” rail.

Does the build kit include everything for a stripped lower?

Whats better. Pistol or carbine gas for the 10.5 kit?
jeremiah f on Aug 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The dwell time on the carbine length gas system is a little bit short with a 10.5" barrel; the dwell time on a pistol length gas system is a little bit long. I have not experienced any problems with my carbine length gas system and 10.5" barrel.

Is the flash can “permanently fixed” (i.e. pinned and welded) to the barrel?
MacBean on Jan 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It is my understanding the flash can is screwed on. When the hand guard is removed the fully exposed can will be seen with two flat sides at it's rear. Connecting a wrench here should remove it. There are no welds at the rear of the can. I have not tried to remove mine. Looks cool and gives it a bull barrel look.
Will any lower work?
Raul M on Dec 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Mine’s sitting on an Anderson Manufacturing lower and so far it functions perfectly.
I can seem to locate the brand name for the barrel. Is it listed on here? If so what is the brand?
Braden S on Dec 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: There are no markings indicating the barrel manufacturer. Just "300BLK 1/8".

Robert C on Aug 13, 2019
If I have never built my own gun. How hard is it for someone that doesn’t know how and what exactly else will I need to buy ?
Ranger U on May 2, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It's very easy to build, (You Tube has thousands of regular people doing step by step video instructions. Watch a few of them to judge whether or not you'd feel comfortable doing it yourself).

For additional parts, you'll need the lower receiver, at least one magazine, and some type of aiming device, (Scope, Red Dot, Iron Sights)
Hi is this kit requires SBR from atf or Is this considered a pistol thank you ?
Christian on Jan 28, 2019
BEST ANSWER: If you're "intent" is to build a pistol, it's considered a pistol because of the SBA3 brace (Google SB Tactical ATF Letter). Keep in mind, it is all about "intent"; if you're "intent" is to bypass and use your pistol as an SBR, your "intent" makes it an SBR. This holds true from my research for all AR pistol builds.
What lower would you recommend?
Jonathan B on Aug 4, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I’ve had great luck with PSA stripped lowers and parts kits. When assembling a pistol make sure you are using a brand new lower or a dedicated pistol lower. Make sure you are aware of all local and federal laws prior to assembly.
Can. You shoot .223?
Fernando A on Jul 24, 2019

benjiman c on Mar 9, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Upper only you must purchase a stripped reciver and assemble it ! Also let your ffl you send reciver to that reciver is for multi use as your building a pistol build !
What are the necessary tools to put this build together?
Dylan H on Feb 5, 2019
BEST ANSWER: A set of roll pin punches, a vice, and a hammer with a polymer strike face and a brass strike face. Maybe some needle nose pliers. Three hands also helps.

What is the difference between this kit and the seemingly identical kit with the sku ending with 807 instead of 877?
Mike D on Jan 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: One model has picitinny rail on top of the free float all the way down. The other only has picitinny on top at the front of the rail where you would put your front sight. Personally, I bought the full length picitinny rail so I could mount a peq box on top. Other wise you have to mount accessories with mlok
Does this kit come with a rear takedown pin detent that is threaded for a 4-40 set screw ? The lower that I want to use with this kit calls for a 4-40 set screw.
Roland G on Dec 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This is a standard lower parts kit. If you’re lower has different specs you may have to buy that set screw

My first pistol didn’t disappoint!
Nice small profile, finish and feel is top notch. I slapped her in a home mill and it’s great! I’m not gonna say I tested fired it by way of mag dump cause that’s just silly... but I did. and she loved it 🇺🇸
I fully trust this little sweetie to scream whenever I say so, we gonna get along just fine 😏

Very Happy
So, Even though this is my first build, I have been shooting AR platforms for well over 30 years now. I have to say that the quality of this product is first rate and would recommend this for anyone interested in a build of their own. I have read through some of the other reviews and noticed that some are not so good but overwhelmingly most are good. Here is what I have to say to that. Just like with cars, there is always going to be a lemon out there. When you get this kit I recommend that you thoroughly inspect it front to back as you put it together. If you discover what you believe is an issue, give the customer service a chance to make it right. Additionally, make sure you clean and lube everything properly before you go to the range for the first time. Remember, ARs by nature have tight tolerances and like to run wet. Additionally, remember that every time it fires, it is producing around 30,000 psi of pressure on the system, so, making sure you have it done right before you hit the range is extremely important. Again, I am very happy with how this turned out and would recommend this kit to anyone who wants to venture into the build your own world.

Great product.
I love this kit. Roughly 400 rounds so far with no issues other than a bad magazine I tried. It is very light weight and a lot of fun to shoot. I'll probably get another one away some point.

Great kit.
Definitely recommend this kit. Fit and function are flawless. Mated well with 80% lowers. I purchased 3 kits total- and with ~ 500 rds through each, I've had zero malfunctions.
