Will this BCG function with a .300 Blackout upper?
Ron P on Apr 18, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, a 5.56/.223 bolt will work with 300blk being that 300blk is based off the necked up 5.56/.223 case. So bolt, mags and lower are interchangeable, just different barrel.

What is the weight of this BCG?
Joseph H on May 5, 2018

I have recently purchased a PSA-15 5.56 pistol. Will it fit in my AR pistol?
(just want to make sure it is compatible in a AR pistol setup.)
Thank you.
Tim H on Jul 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The receiver is no different for an AR pistol than for a rifle. What makes the difference in an AR pistol is the manner in which the receiver is originally stocked. That being the case, there are no changes made to either the upper or lower receiver that would require a different BCG than is common for a rifle. That being the case, this BCG will function properly in an AR pistol chambered in 5.56.
Will this work in a DPMS Oracle 5.56?
Huntindad80 on Jul 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Absolutely! Best buying decision I have ever made on a BCG. Quality is excellent, well worth it. I use my old BCG as a backup and this is now my primary. Smooth as butter!

Andy H on Jun 20, 2018

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between this bcg and the other nib bcg?
Jay K on Jul 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This bcg is made of a carpenter steel vs a standard steel/Alloy most companies use. Carpenter is a company that has a specific process for how they make their steels and they are generally very high quality. I have one of these and I have roughly 15,000 rounds through it so far with no issues.

Nickel Boron BGC
This item is great. Works flawlessly and cleans very easily due to the finish. No lube build up to cause issues. I will purchase more as needed.

This should be a staple in all builds.
I was having cycling issues with my phosphate BCG that came with an upper I bought years ago. The thing would have to be covered in CLP to function properly. Finally one day on the rang I had enough of it. Pulled it out and threw it in the corn field (where it still remains). Stumbled across PSA and boom, there it was, a nice nickel boron BCG for less than half the price I could find one any where else. It’s made my frustrating AR fun to shoot again along with it being a breeze to clean.

Thanks PSA!

Excellent BCG
I didn't clean this after a couple hundred rounds for a couple weeks and the gunk wiped right off. This is almost as good as my solid titanium BCG.

This NB BCG is the a great addition to my SOCOM upper from Hardened Arms. It greatly improves reliability in a DI gas system when you plan on shooting a ton of rounds in a single go.
