is the buffer tube 7075?
Alex l on Apr 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes.
Can I put this on any stripped lower? Or do I need a pistol designated lowers? If that's even such a thing.
Ralfcort on May 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You can put this on any stripped AR15 lower as long as that lower was originally transferred as either a "pistol" or a "receiver" and has never been assembled as a "rifle". Once a lower has been assembled as a rifle it will always be a rifle and cannot legally be converted to pistol form.
Will this work with 9mm?
Ralph M on Apr 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Might not with the standard carbine buffer and spring that is included. Usually a 9mm
7.5 oz buffer and heavy .308 spring works better for most builds.
I’m building a AR will a .308 lower build kit work for a 6.5 creedmore?
Tim E on Apr 16, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, the PA10 platform has the same lower components for both .308 and 6.5 Creedmoor. However, this specific SKU is a PA-15 lower build kit and will not work.
How would I have to build this out to avoid SBR classification? If it's important, I live in Georgia. Thanks...JB
James B on May 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You cannot convert a rifle into a pistol. To build a pistol you need a receiver registered as "receiver" (any stripped receiver is typically registered this way) or "pistol". As silly as it sounds if you assemble a "receiver" as a rifle first it becomes a rifle permanently, whereas if you assemble it as a pistol first you can then convert it back and forth at will after that.
Is this buffer tube a standard AR15 carbine adjustable stock tube? If so, doesn't that tube make the weapon an SBR?
Psychovet on Jul 10, 2018
Will this buffer work for 45ACP?
daniel a on Aug 15, 2019
BEST ANSWER: If it uses a standard buffer tube, yes
Does this brace fit the AR-9 also?
Blake on May 12, 2018
BEST ANSWER: No, the ATF has concluded that the adjustable buffer tube, SBA3, for pistol builds is compliant with current law, as long as it is not designed to make the pistol a shoulder-able weapon. As long as it is used to make the length a better length for forearm bracing it is allowable under pistol law and not classified as an SBR.
Is this SBA3brace ATF compliant?
Nathan on May 16, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes
Building a 7.62x39 ar pistol? How will this hold up and do i need to get a heavier buffer and buffer spring
Paul D on May 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I used a heavier H2 buffer in mine and it worked fine in a 300 Blackout.

Great lower kit. Takedown pins are a little tight but that’s to be expected.

Perfect kit for your pistol builds
Everything in this kit fits perfectly on my 80% lower. The FCG is pretty standard and only requires a little polishing on the seat and trigger surfaces to get a smooth respectable trigger pull. The brave feels fantastic and is a little stiff to adjust at first but will smooth out over time. Will be buying many more for sure.

Everything you need!
A solid kit! The only issue I had was the bolt catch roll pin was SUPER tight. But that could have been a problem with the lower. It’s worth it to get the right roll pin punches (lesson learned). This kit also came with a spare takedown pin detent and spring! Now I’m just waiting for the 8.5” nitride 300AAC 1/7 uppers to get back in stock ;-)
I swapped out the grip for a Magpul K2+, the trigger guard for a BCM, and the trigger for a PSA EPT.
