Its short-stroke gas piston system includes an adjustable gas regulator, allowing the rifle to be tuned for varying conditions and ammunition types. Steel-reinforced components in high-wear areas such as the cam path and feed ramp support extended service life, while fully ambidextrous controls including the bolt catch, magazine catch, safety selector, and charging handle enhance versatility.
